The software requirements of the teaching equipment are developed. SOLDAS (Data Acquisition System) and SOLCAL (Computer Aided Learning Software tool) are the outputs from this process. In addition, Distributed Control Systems can also be supplied when required.

Equipment are tested in-house, together with the necessary quality control checks. Test results are documented and incorporated into the full teaching manual.

Training manual is prepared in the form of operation and maintenance manuals, lecturer and student manuals, hardware and software manuals. All these manuals will be handed over to the client during the site training.

The equipment is packed and delivered to the customer’s site where it is installed, tested & commissioned. All test results are verified and customer acceptance is obtained.

Site training is an intensive activity. Course lecturers and lab technicians will be provided with hands on operations and maintenance training. The teaching manual containing the theories and experimental procedures are followed step by step in detail to ensure that the end users thoroughly understand and familiarize themselves with the procedures.

Great importance is placed on service and support, customer’s satisfaction is always the company’s priority. Retraining can be provided for new users. Maintenance contract and refurbishment and/or upgrading are also offered.
